Eligibility & Requirements

To ensure Alpha Care is the right fit, we look for the following criteria:

• 👤 Age & Demographics

  Adults aged 18+ with intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or needing transitional support.

• 📋 Stability

  Must be medically stable and not require around-the-clock skilled nursing care and must be able to perform their ADLs (we are a non-medical facility).

• 🤝 Behavioral

  Must not pose a danger to themselves or others. We conduct individual assessments for safety.

• 🤝 Hygiene

  Hygiene is very important to us at Alpha Care. We expect our residents to maintain a certain level of hygiene.
